Pausing in the Pandemic: We’re all in this together.

Offering good wishes to someone you don’t know brings you in touch with the powerful truth of our common humanity: We all wish to suffer less.

A website called "Window Swap" showcases videos of random windows from across the world during the pandemic. As I watched window after window I became aware that even though I have no idea who is behind each of those views, I do know with absolute certainty that just like me, all of them want to be happy, healthy, peaceful and safe.

When the future is unclear and our path forward is out of our control, it can be tricky to stay calm and grounded, ready to respond with thoughtfulness and wisdom to whatever comes our way.
